Introduction of Iron Ore Processing Plant

At present, the common iron ore is magnetite, limonite and hematite (collectively called weak magnetic ore). According to the magnetic strength of the ore, we choose different iron ore dressing processes. The magnetic separation process is used as the main method of iron ore beneficiation.

The iron ore process is advanced and the utilization rate of magnetite can reach 90%. And the configuration parts cited in the magnetite beneficiation production line are all wear-resistant materials, which can greatly improve the efficiency of the equipment.

Iron Ore Processing and Production Technology

Core equipment: feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, spiral classifier, magnetic separator, dryer The iron ore processing and production technology mainly includes four processes: crushing and screening, grinding, magnetic separation and drying.

The first stage: Crushing And ScreeningLarge pieces of iron ore are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for crushing; after being screened by the vibrating screen, the stone that meets the requirements enters the second stage, otherwise it undergoes secondary crushing;

Second stage: GrindingMaterials with a size of 0-25 mm are evenly sent to the ball mill for grinding, and are screened by a spiral classifier. Materials that do not meet the requirements are sent to the ball mill for continued grinding;

The third stage: Magnetic SeparationSend the iron powder that meets the mineral processing requirements into the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation and magnetic separation to remove impurities;

The fourth stage: DryingThe obtained iron powder is sent to a dryer for drying to obtain iron fine powder.
