(1) Start the main motor of the crusher after making full preparation work. At this time, pay attention to control the ampere meter and reduce it to the normal working electric current. During the normal working process, also pay attention to the indicators on the ampere meter so that it will exceed the stipulated specified current value, otherwse the motor will be easy to be burned out.
(2) After the crusher works normally, start the material feeding equipment and feed materials into the crushing machine, and at the same time, adjusst the rotary speed of the feeding machine to change the feeding amount according to the size of the materials and the running condition of the crusher. Generally speaking, the height of the materials inside the crushing chamber should not exceed 2/3 that of the crushing chamber.
(3) Feed materials in a even manner. This feeding manner is conducive to improving the output of the crushing machine. In addition, the size of the materials cannot be too large and the diameter of the materials do not exceed the 50%~60% of the width of the material feeding mouth.
(4) Avoid metals such as the shovel teeth, track plate or the drill enter the crusher since the metals will damage the crusher. When these non-crushable materials go into the crusher, inform the operational personnel at the conveying position immediately so that they will be taken out times.
(5) During the operational process of the crusher, regularyly check and examine the crusher. If something abnormal happens, immediately stop feeding materials, and then stop the main motor after the materials inside the crushing chamber are all discharged out, and then examine and eliminate the fault.
