The PYF hard rock impact crusher is composed by machine rack, impacting device and rotor. The machine rack is the foundation of the whole machine and all of the spare parts are installed on the rack. The rack is divided into upper part and lower part which are welded with steel plate and structural steel. On the internal wall of the rack on both sides of the rotor, there are manganese lining boards, and the rack header and the left side wall and the end wall compose a semi-open type upper cover that can turn and this upper cover opens and closes by relying on the lead screw or the hydraulic pusher for the convenience of changing the easy-wearing parts.
On the upper part of the right side wall of the rack, there is feeding guide plate, and there is principal bearing on the bottom of the rack.
The impacting device is composed by the impacting plate and the hanging device. On the internal wall of the impacting plate, there are zigzag-shaped lining boards made of high wear-resistant materials. The hanging device can be used for adjusting the size of the discharging mouth, and in addition, when there are materials that cannot be crushed, it will protect the machine from being damaged.
The rotor is composed by principal axis, turntable, plate hammer and plate hammer fixing device. The principal axis is installed in the rolling bearing outside the end wall of the rack. The turntable is a welding part and it is connected with the principal axis with a lock.
