How to Avoid the Wear of Eccentric Part of Cone Crusher?

In the working process of a cone crusher, the cone lining is the key and quick-wear part. If it is abraded, it will seriously influence the normal production. To solve and avoid this, it is necessary to take effective measures to avoid the wear of eccentric part.

When the crushers have no load, the mainshaft will press onto the thin edge of the eccentric sleeve, and when there is load, it will press onto the thick edge. With or without load, the eccentric sleeve will use thick edge to press onto the straight sleeve. In this way, the abrasion of the mainshaft and cone lining will be even. However, seen from the actual condition, it is not like this.

The abrasion of the spherical bearing shows that the supporting force of the spherical bearing will not exceed half of the spherical central angle, and it is normal when the two contact each other. It is also normal if the anti-thrust disk is seriously damaged along the outer ring as the linear speed of the outer ring of the anti-thrust disk is high, so that its abrasion will be faster. In addition, the serious abrasion of the big head of the big bevel gear is determined by the special movement stage of the gear, which is also normal.

From the above analysis, the main reason causing the abrasion of the eccentric part is the declination of the eccentric sleeve which is caused by the improper examination and installation of gasket, anti-thrust sleeve, cone lining and eccentric sleeve. Under this condition, the crushing force is not able to make the eccentric sleeve normally resume, but cause it to decline, thus causing the abrasion of the eccentric part. To sum up, to avoid the abrasion of the eccentric part of cone breaker, the following measures can be taken:

1. Adjust the gap of eccentric part strictly according to the instruction. When examining and repairing the machine, customers can increase the gap of the bottom of the cone lining, but ensure the gap of the upper mouth at the same time.

2. When examining and repairing the machine, it is necessary to ensure the evenness of the surface roughness and thickness of upper, middle and lower anti-thrust disk.

3. When adjusting the gap of bevel gear, it is necessary to ensure the even thickness of the gasket added under the anti-thrust disk. When adding it, there should not be drape on the edge of the gasket.

4. When installing anti-thrust disk, customers should make sure the round pin smoothly insert the pin hole and avoid causing skew of eccentric sleeve.
