Manual cleaning
1. The scrub.

2. Spray cleaning.
Spray the cleaning fluid with a certain pressure and temperature to the parts surface to remove grease. Hongxing Machinery thinks that this method has good effect and high efficiency, which is suitable for spare part whose shape is not too complicated and the surface has serious oil dirty.
Mechanical cleaning
1. Boil to clean.
Put ready-prepared solution and parts together into a washing pool welded by the steel plate, then heat it to 80 ~ 90 ℃, boiling washing 3 ~ 5 min.
2. Vibration cleaning.
Put jaw crusher parts in vibration cleaning basket or the rack, and immerse them in the cleaning fluid for a few minutes, and remove grease through vibration cleaning machine.
3. The ultrasonic cleaning.
Depending on cleaning fluid chemistry with the ultrasonic oscillations by the introduction of the cleaning fluid, to remove grease.
