1. Overload protection
If there are some non-broken materials into the cavity of crusher, the crushing force will increase, at this time, the pressure acting on the working cylinder is higher than the pushing force provided by hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, oil pressure in working cylinder high pressure oil chamber increases instantly, throttle valve impel operating valve to go on working, to limit the maximum thrust of thrust plate and to protect the machine.
2. Automatically discharge broken material
When raw material entering the crushing cavity, due to the maximum thrust limitation provided by working cylinder, piston retract to the right. At the same time, the discharging port of combination crusher will increase correspondingly, non-crushing material move downwards gradually and discharge from the discharging port finally.
3. Automatic recovery
When the combination crusher hydraulic system pistons in retracted position, the crushing power decreased, the core of action valve restore to an upper position, stop provide oil to the system. Injection pump at the same time under the action of hydraulic control device pump oil to the system with maximum amount of oil pump. Until the working cylinder piston moves left to limit position, makes the combination crusher back to normal working condition.
