First, in order to enable the machine has normal operation to prolong service life, we should add lubricating oil regularly, generally plus once 3 to 5 days on it.
Next, the lubrication oil added to the bearing should be 50% -70% by volume, and replaced once every 3-6 months. When changing lubrication oil, we should cleaning raceways and other parts of roller bearing carefully by use clean gasoline or kerosene, at the same time, the oil drain hole under the bearing should be opened.
Then followed, choose lubrication oil for jaw crusher should according to the regional climate. Generally choose calcium-based grease, sodium grease, calcium and sodium based grease. If the oil is dry, lubricating oil can be reconciled by thin oil.
Finally, we should add the right amount of lubrication oil between the bracket and the bracket bonding pad just when the machine in the assembly or maintenance.
