The copper ore processing project in Zambia was carried out by Hongxing engineers, which through site investigation and research of the ore samples. It showed that the copper mine is a large-scale metal ore, which mainly copper pyrites, then hematite, pyrite and trace limonite, etc. In addition to the main metal copper, iron, it also associated with gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals.
Copper ore grade in copper mine is 0.6-0.8%, mainly brass, followed by porphyry copper and copper enameled.Its general particle size is 0.037 ~ 0.825 mm, a few in the range of 0.018 ~ 0.074mm, the maximum is 1.48 ~ 2.22 mm.Through the above analysis, it is found that the copper mineral is easy to achieve monomer dissociation. When the grinding fineness reaches 70%, the monomer dissociation degree can reach more than 93%, which is an easy-to-select ore. After signing the contract, Hongxing machinery completed the project in one and half months. The project including experiment, design and equipment manufacturing, then arranged the installation and commissioning personnel to enter the scene and started the trial operation.

In only two months, all the equipment was installed and the indicators fully met the design requirements. During the operation, the equipment failure rate was low, the production line worked smoothly, which bring good economic benefits to the plant soon.
